Hog ISLAND

Hog island is quite and serene ,

And when people come here,

       they leave it real clean .

          Scallop shells lay

              on the beach.

          And channel whelks ,

           Are within easy reach.

they cover the beach at low tide.

but all of the treasures have left the inside;

Captain kin buried his treasure here

                      real deep

And fifteen  of his men

Still guard it ,As they sleep .

The shore is covered  with sea grass

             Like a mat .

And it makes the landing 

Like a soft straw hat

The grass is nice and clean

And the trees are small

And a nice little sign says ,
